I WANT TO ORDER
PROCESS
1. Choose paper combination, elements and quantities and add to your cart.
2. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully and hit the accept button before ordering. You may also add other add-ons items to match your invitation if needed. We offer free domestic and international shipping with $500 order (Custom Illustration/Design fee is not included). Shipping fee will be calculated and charged with order under $500 after your project is complete and ready for shipment. Learn more about shipping here.
3. After checking out, our design team will contact you within 48 hours with a font style sheet and an enquiry form. In this form you will be able to enter your invitation writing, your desired fonts/calligraphies, paper kind, envelope colors and etc.
4. Once we receive the form back, we will begin the design process. You will receive the first digital proof within 2-5 business days from the day you submit the form. The first proof includes 2 design versions for you to choose from and 3 free round revisions. Revisions will be replied back within 3 business days. Each additional round of revisions costs $20. 5. After revisions are finished, we will send you a Final Proof/Production Approval form. A final proof of your order will be send along and you will need to electronically sign these forms as an approval to submit any additional service /add on changes and begin the production progress.
6. We do offer 1 free round physical sample submission (letterpress and foil-press items only) before full production for an order over 500 copies. Additional $50 sampling and shipping charges will be needed for orders under 500 copies. Sampling will take 5-7 business days and additional shipping lead-time will occur. 7. Production will take 5-10 business days for Digitally Printed items and 14-21 business days for letter-pressed or foil-pressed items. If your order includes invitation add-ons/upgraded such as die cutting, envelope addressing, envelop liner and etc, it will takes extra 1-3 business days each service.
8. Your order will be ship via SF-Express or UPS (as they are collaborated). Please note that shipping cost is not included in your order under $500 and it will be calculated once your project is completed and ready for shipment. Tracking number will be provided once we ship out your package.
